Parking:
We do not have private parking spaces, but there are free parking spaces across the street and near the Nieuwpoortsesteenweg (150m).

Access to the house :
Before your arrival, you will receive a code with which you can unlock the door. You can use this code during your stay.

Bed linen and towels:
Bed linen and bath towels are provided in each bedroom.

Wi-Fi:
We offer free wifi in the house.

For the little ones:
1 cot (travel bed) provided, 1 baby bath, 2 high chairs, bouncer, stair gate in the kitchen, books and toys. Baby park and child safety socket available on request

Kitchen :
Hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine with beans, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets. We also provide coffee, coffee beans, tea, olive oil, sugar, pepper and salt.

Relaxation area above kitchen:
Kicker, TV with game console and games

Relaxation area:
Large flat screen with TV card from Telenet (a large number of TV channels in the range)

Salvage:
Washing machine and dryer, drying rack, cleaning utensils, 2 high chairs, iron

Outside :
A cozy terrace in two parts with barbecue and parasol (see photos on the site)

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR COVID-19 AND OTHER PANDEMIAS

From the moment COVID-19 was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO), cancellations due to Covid-19 no longer apply because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. We can no longer provide our services if the Belgian government makes it compulsory to close the holiday homes. You will then receive a voucher for the amount already paid and that voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. COVID-19 related circumstances, as well as any other pandemic, that are not eligible for a cancellation, rebooking or travel voucher include: transportation disruptions and cancellations, travel advisories and restrictions, positive coivd test, health advisories and quarantines, changes in applicable legislation and other government measures such as evacuations, border closures.
